Top of my head, sole of my feet
a fire that set me ablaze
like never before I felt it and saw
fire that’s burning in me.
It started to tingle my hands in the middle
then went to my feet straight away
I saw it flow from my hands to my toes
didn’t know what happened to me.
Right when I thought it finally stopped
it started all over again
The tingle became a shake in a way
I’ve never experienced before
It went through my body
my hands and my feet, shaking no stopping in sight
had no control, freaking out for sure
what happened I couldn’t describe.
The tingle became yet once again
a shaking that wouldn’t subside
fire that fell I could surely tell
was burning deeply inside.
My mind couldn’t fathom the works of your hands
happening in the deepest parts of me
the fire I know this one for sure will never subside in me
It will keep burning and I am never returning to the old version of me.
